Cash Withdraw Funding Steps 


1. Users with permission will see the new floating action button located in the lower right corner of the Cash Balance report


2. Clicking on the + button will present the users with the option to Fund their Cash Balance


3. Click on the "Withdraw Cash" button and a modal will open allowing the user to enter the dollar amount they would like to withdraw from Cash Balance. This amount limit is predetermined by the ConnexPay team. If this amount needs to be adjusted, please contact your Customer Engagement Specialist. 



4. Enter the desired amount and click Withdraw. 


5. After clicking the Withdraw button, a second modal will open requesting confirmation that the amount is correct to make sure the user has a chance to review their funding amount. 


6. Once complete, this will initiate ConnexPay's bank to release the funds from the client's cash account with ConnexPay and deposit to the clients DDA on file.

Cash Balance Funding Steps

3. Click on the "Fund Cash Balance" button and a modal will open allowing the user to enter the dollar amount they would like to fund to their Cash Balance. This amount limit is predetermined by the ConnexPay team. If this amount needs to be adjusted, please contact your Customer Engagement Specialist.



4. Enter the desired amount and check the checkbox to agree to use the bank account on file and click Fund Cash Balance.

5. After clicking the Fund Cash Balance button, a second modal will open requesting confirmation that the amount is correct to make sure the user has a chance to review their funding amount.


6. Once complete, this will initiate ConnexPay's bank to deduct the funds from the clients DDA on file and deposit the amount in the ConnexPay account as a Bank A Deposit.


7. The funded amount can be used immediately for issuing but will not be able to be withdrawn from the account until after the funds have been deposited in the ConnexPay account.


8. If the funded amount is greater than $100,000.00, funds will be displayed as Pending and will not be available until it is approved by ConnexPay's finance team.
