In an effort to enhance our reporting functionality, we have created a new alert to improve our chargeback notifications. Currently you are receiving a report reflecting money movement for chargeback cases. With our new alert system, you will now be receiving notifications for all types of chargeback cases. At this time, the new alert will contain a very brief summary of new incoming cases (i.e. retrievals, allocations, pre-arb notices, etc.) as seen in the example below.
You may notice a delay of 24-48 hours before all documents are available for the cases reflected in the summary alert, this is due to the processor’s method of uploading the documents. Please note that we are continuing to work on making this alert more robust in the future.
